بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي التَّأْمِينِ وَالْجَهْرِ بِهِ فِي الْقِرَاءَةِ وَإِخْفَائِهِChapter on What is Reported Regarding Saying "Ameen" Aloud or Silently
Hadith 1594

وَعَنْهُ فِي أُخْرَى أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: ((إِذَا قَالَ أَحَدُكُمْ آمِينَ، قَالَتِ الْمَلَائِكَةُ فِي السَّمَاءِ آمِينَ، فَوَافَقَتْ إِحْدَاهُمَا الْأُخْرَى غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ))
And it is also narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: When any one of you says Ameen, the angels in the heavens say Ameen. If his Ameen coincides with their Ameen, his previous sins are forgiven.
