Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I wish to meet my brothers." The noble Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) said: "Are we not your brothers?" He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "You are my companions; my brothers are those who will believe in me without having seen me."

Brief Explanation
Benefits: … The Noble Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam desires to meet, on the Day of Resurrection, those people who believed in him sallallahu alayhi wa sallam without having seen him. Furthermore, in this hadith, an additional virtue of the noble Companions (radi Allahu anhum) is also being mentioned: that they had the honor of the companionship of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam.
