Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When you see a man who is accustomed to coming and going to the mosque, then bear witness to his faith, because Allah Almighty says: Only those maintain the mosques of Allah who believe in Allah and the Last Day.

Brief Explanation
Benefits: … The complete verse is: {اِنَّمَایَعْمُرُمَسَاجِدَاللّٰہِمَنْآمَنَبِاللّٰہِوَالْیَوْمِالْآخِرِوَاَقَامَالصَّلَاۃَوَآتَیالزَّکٰوۃَوَلَمْیَخْشَاِلَّااللّٰہَفَعَسٰیاُولٰٓئِکَاَنْیَّکُوْنُوْامِنَالْمُھْتَدِیْنَ} (Surah al-Tawbah: 18), meaning: The maintenance and flourishing of Allah’s mosques is the share of those who believe in Allah and the Last Day, establish prayer, give zakat (obligatory charity), and fear none except Allah. It is expected that these are the ones who are truly guided.
The mosque administration, imams, preachers, and servants should reflect upon their responsibilities, and should consider the flourishing of the mosque as their good fortune, maintaining this continuity with humility and modesty.
