It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Huraira, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: The Hour will not be established until time becomes so short that a year will be like a month, a month will be like a week, a week will be like a day, a day will be like an hour, and an hour will be like the moment in which a dry palm leaf is set on fire.
