It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him), he says that a man came to the service of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and asked, "When will the Hour (Day of Judgment) come?" At that time, a young Ansari boy named Muhammad was present near the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). In response to his question, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "If this youth remains alive, the Hour will be established before he becomes old."

Brief Explanation
Benefits: … In this blessed hadith, the meaning of the establishment of the Hour (Qiyamah) is the passing of this century or the death of the people being addressed, as Sayyiduna Abdullah ibn Umar radi Allahu anhu says: The Noble Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam led us in the ‘Isha prayer during the last days of his life. After concluding the prayer with salam, he said: “Do you see this night of yours? Indeed, at the beginning of a hundred years from now, none of those who are on the surface of the earth today will remain.” (Sahih Bukhari: 601, Sahih Muslim: 2537)
