It is narrated from Umar bin Abdur Rahman bin Harith that on the return of Abu Basrah Ghifari from Tur, he met Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him). He asked: Where are you coming from? He replied: From Tur, I went there to perform prayer. Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: If you had met me before departing, you would not have gone there. I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: Do not saddle mounts, that is, do not make special arrangements for travel, except towards three mosques: Masjid al-Haram, the Prophet’s Mosque, and Masjid al-Aqsa.
