الفَصْلُ الخَامِسُ فِي فَضْلِ مَا بَيْنَ قَبْرِهِ وَمِنْبَرِهِ وَفَضْلٍ مَوْضَعِ الْمِنْبَرThe fifth section regarding the virtue of what is between his grave and pulpit, and the virtue of the location of the pulpit
Hadith 12693
اُردوEn
(وَعَنْهُ مِنْ طَرِيقٍ ثَانٍ) عَنْ سَلَمَةَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَتَحَرَّى مَوْضِعَ الْمُصْحَفِ، وَذَكَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَتَحَرَّى ذَلِكَ الْمَكَانَ، وَكَانَ بَيْنَ الْمِنْبَرِ وَالْقِبْلَةِ مَمَرُّ شَاةٍ.
(Second chain) Sayyiduna Salamah (may Allah be pleased with him) used to be particular about performing prayer at the place near the Mushaf, then he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) also used to be especially particular and attentive about this place, and between the pulpit of the Prophet (peace be upon him) and the Qiblah there was a space sufficient for a goat to pass through.
