Hadith 1263

عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ: ((الدُّعَاءُ لَا يُرَدُّ بَيْنَ الْأَذَانِ وَالْإِقَامَةِ))
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: The supplication made between the adhan and the iqamah is not rejected.

Benefits: … It has been observed that most people, including the mosque attendants, the muezzin, and other related individuals, waste this time. Man’s hastiness, impatience, and lack of endurance have caused him harm. All these matters are the result of a weakness in one’s relationship with Allah.
