It is narrated from Sulaiman bin Abi Abdullah, he says: I saw Sayyiduna Sa’d bin Abi Waqqas (may Allah be pleased with him) that he saw a man hunting in the sanctuary of Madinah, which the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) had declared a sanctuary, so he took possession of the man's clothes. The people of his tribe came, so Sayyiduna Sa’d (may Allah be pleased with him) said: This sanctuary was declared a sanctuary by the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and he said that if you see anyone hunting in this sanctuary, then the confiscated property will belong to the one who confiscates it. So, what the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) has given me, I will not return it, but if you wish, I can give you its price.
