It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, who says: I was present in the service of the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. A man came and said: O Messenger of Allah! Invoke curse upon the tribe of Himyar. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, turned away from him. He came from the other side and again said the same thing, that you, peace and blessings be upon him, invoke curse upon the tribe of Himyar. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, turned his face away from him and said: May Allah have mercy on the tribe of Himyar; their mouths, that is, their speech, is of peace; their hands are those that feed others, and these people are of security and faith.
