Hadith 12406

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him and his family, came to us while he was carrying Sayyiduna Hasan, may Allah be pleased with him, on one shoulder and Sayyiduna Husayn, may Allah be pleased with him, on the other shoulder. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him and his family, would sometimes kiss one and sometimes the other, until he, peace and blessings be upon him and his family, came walking to us. A man said: O Messenger of Allah! Do you love both of them? He, peace and blessings be upon him and his family, replied: Whoever loves both of them, loves me, and whoever harbors enmity towards both of them, has harbored enmity towards me.
