Hadith 12196

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Mu'adh bin Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him) that Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) is certainly among the people of Paradise, because whatever the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) saw in a state of wakefulness or in a dream is true. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: I was in Paradise, I saw a palace and asked whose palace it was. It was said that this is the palace of Umar bin Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him).
