It is narrated from Sayyida Umm Hani bint Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with her), she says: One day the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) passed by me. I said: O Messenger of Allah! I have become old and weak, so tell me a deed that I can do while sitting. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Say "Subhan Allah" one hundred (100) times; this deed will be equal for you to freeing one hundred (100) slaves from the descendants of Ismail. Say "Alhamdulillah" one hundred (100) times; this deed will be equal for you to giving one hundred (100) bridled and saddled horses in the way of Allah. Say "Allahu Akbar" one hundred (100) times; this deed will be equal for you to those one hundred (100) camels which are garlanded and sent towards Makkah during the time of Hajj and are accepted by Allah Almighty. And say "La ilaha illallah" one hundred (100) times; this deed will fill the space between the heavens and the earth with reward. On that day, no man's such great deed will be raised upwards, except one who does the same as you have done.

Brief Explanation
Benefits: … The command of Allah, the Exalted, is: {وَالْبَاقِیَّاتُ الصَّالِحَاتُ خَیْرٌ عِنْدَ رَبِّکَ ثَوَابًا وَ خَیْرٌ اَمَلَا۔} (Surah Al-Kahf: 46) … And the enduring good deeds are better in reward with your Lord and better in hope.

All obligatory acts (fara'id), necessary duties (wajibat), Sunnah practices, and voluntary acts (nawafil) are among the enduring good deeds (baqiyat salihat). In fact, abstaining from prohibited matters is also a righteous deed (amal salih), for which there will be reward and recompense in the Hereafter. In this hadith, an example of this has been mentioned.
