Hadith 11991

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) passed away, Sayyida Umm Ayman (may Allah be pleased with her) began to weep. She was asked, "Why are you weeping over the passing of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family)?" She replied, "I knew that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) would soon pass away. I am weeping because now the series of revelation has come to an end."
