It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Musa Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: O Allah! Grant Your servant Ubaid Abu Amir a rank on the Day of Resurrection higher than most people. Sayyiduna Ubaid (may Allah be pleased with him) was martyred in the Battle of Autas, and Sayyiduna Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) killed the killer of Sayyiduna Ubaid (may Allah be pleased with him) and sent him to Hell. The narrator of the hadith, Asim, says: My teacher Abu Wa'il stated: I am certain that Allah Almighty will not gather the killer of Ubaid (may Allah be pleased with him) and Sayyiduna Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) together in Hell.
