Kunya (Honorific Titles)
بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي أَبِي زَيْدِ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ وَاسْمُهُ عَمْرُو بْنُ أَخْطَبَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُChapter on What Has Been Narrated Regarding Abu Zayd al-Ansari, whose name is Amr ibn Akhtab, may Allah be pleased with him
Hadith 11923

وَعَنْ أَبِي زَيْدٍ عَمْرِو بْنِ أَخْطَبَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ مِنْ طَرِيقٍ ثَانٍ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ الْخَاتَمَ الَّذِي بَيْنَ كَتِفَيْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَرَجُلٍ قَالَ بِإِصْبَعِهِ الثَّلَاثَةِ هَكَذَا فَمَسَحْتُهُ بِيَدِي
(Second chain) It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Zaid Amr bin Akhtab (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: I saw the seal that was between the shoulders of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). Abu Zaid joined three fingers together and indicated that it was like this; I had touched it with my hand.
