It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Zayd Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said to me: Come near to me. Then he (peace and blessings be upon him) passed his hand over his head and beard and made this supplication: O Allah! Make him beautiful and make his beauty everlasting. ‘Alba says: Sayyiduna Abu Zayd (may Allah be pleased with him) lived to be one hundred and six or seven years old, but the hair of his head and beard had very little whiteness, his face was completely smooth, and until his death, no wrinkles appeared on it.
