It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: This is a righteous servant, for whom the Throne of Allah swayed and the gates of the heavens were opened for his reception, but in the grave he was subjected to a single hardship, after which Allah Almighty removed that difficulty. And the narrator said once: Then Allah Almighty granted ease. On one occasion, the narrator explained in detail: The day Sayyiduna Sa’d, may Allah be pleased with him, passed away and was being buried, at that time the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said these things about him.
