It is narrated from Sayyiduna Sa’d bin Abi Dhibab (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: I went to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and accepted Islam. I said: O Messenger of Allah! At the time of my acceptance of Islam, the wealth that is with the people of my tribe, let that wealth remain in their ownership. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) did so and appointed me as the leader over my tribe. Afterwards, Sayyiduna Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him), and after him Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), also kept me appointed as the leader over my tribe.
