It is narrated from Sayyida Asma bint Yazid (may Allah be pleased with her), she says: I was holding the reins of the Prophet’s (peace and blessings be upon him) camel, Al-Adhba, when Surah Al-Ma'idah was revealed to him. Due to the weight of this revelation, it was as if the camel’s arm was about to break.

Brief Explanation
Benefits: … The meaning of "Adhba’" is a she-camel whose ears are cut. However, the ears of the she-camel of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam were not cut; it is just that, for some reason, this name continued to be transmitted for this she-camel. Some scholars have said that it is possible that the ears of this she-camel were indeed cut.
At the time of the descent of revelation (wahy), a burden would be felt upon the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam. If he sallallahu alayhi wa sallam was mounted on a riding animal, or if his weight was upon a person, they too would feel this burden. The statement of Allah, the Exalted, is: {اِنَّاسَنُلْقِیْعَلَیْکَقَوْلًاثَـقِیْلًا} … "Indeed, We will cast upon you a heavy word." (Surah al-Muzzammil: 5)
