Hadith 1150

عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ: ((صَلُّوا الْمَغْرِبَ لِفِطْرِ الصَّائِمِ وَبَادِرُوا طُلُوعَ النُّجُومِ))
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Ayyub Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: At the time of the fasting person's iftar, perform the Maghrib prayer and offer it before the appearance of the stars.
