Hadith 1149

عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْأَكْوَعِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي الْمَغْرِبَ سَاعَةَ تَغْرُبُ الشَّمْسُ إِذَا غَابَ حَاجِبُهَا
Sayyiduna Salamah bin Akwa’ (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) would perform the Maghrib prayer at the time when the sun had set and the edge of its disc had disappeared.
