Hadith 11329

It is narrated from the wife of the Prophet, Sayyidah Hafsah (may Allah be pleased with her), that when the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) would lie down on his bed, he would place his right hand under his right cheek, while his right hand (and right side) was reserved for eating, performing ablution, praying, and wearing clothes, and his left hand (and left side) was reserved for other tasks. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to fast on Mondays and Thursdays.
