Hadith 11113

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Surely a day will come upon you when you will wish to see me but you will not be able to see me. At that time, seeing me and meeting me will be more beloved to a person than his family and wealth, and even more than that much again.

Brief Explanation
Benefits: … The meaning of this blessed hadith is that if, after the passing of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, someone is granted the opportunity to behold him sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, even if only for a moment, then this honor will be more beloved to him than his family and wealth.
