(Second Chain) It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) one day led us in the Asr prayer at its earliest time, then he stood and addressed us until sunset. He (peace and blessings be upon him) informed us of everything that was to happen until the Day of Judgment; some remembered it and some forgot it. What follows is similar to the previous hadith, except that in this one it is mentioned: On the Day of Judgment, near the backside of every deceiver, a flag will be raised according to the extent of his deception. In this hadith, it is also mentioned that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Do you not see the eyes of an angry man become red and his veins swell? When any of you becomes extremely angry, he should sit on the ground. In this hadith, it is also mentioned that there is nothing superior to speaking the word of truth before a tyrant ruler. When any of you sees an opportunity to speak the truth or is present in a place where it is necessary to speak the truth, then the fear of people should not prevent you from speaking the truth. After this, Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id (may Allah be pleased with him) began to weep and said: By Allah! The fear of people has prevented us from speaking the word of truth. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Through you, the number of seventy nations is being completed, that is, you are the seventieth nation; you are the best and most honored in the sight of Allah. After this, when the sun began to set, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The proportion of the elapsed time of the world to its remaining time is like the proportion of the elapsed part of the day to the remaining time until sunset.
