(وَعَنْهُ مِنْ طَرِيقٍ ثَانٍ) رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ الطَّائِفِ مَنْ خَرَجَ إِلَيْنَا مِنَ الْعَبِيدِ فَهُوَ حُرٌّ فَخَرَجَ عَبِيدٌ مِنَ الْعَبِيدِ فِيهِمْ أَبُو بَكْرَةَ فَأَعْتَقَهُمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ
(Second chain) On the day of Ta’if, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said: Whoever slaves come to us, they will be free. Then, along with Sayyiduna Abu Bakrah, some slaves came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family), and he set them free.
