عَنْ أَبِي بَرْزَةَ الْأَسْلَمِيِّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ «النَّاسُ آمِنُونَ غَيْرَ عَبْدِ الْعُزَّى بْنِ خَطَلٍ»
It is narrated from Abu Barzah Aslami (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) announced on the day of the conquest of Makkah that security is granted to all people except ‘Abdul-‘Uzza bin Khatal.
