عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى قَالَ دَعَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى الْأَحْزَابِ فَقَالَ اللَّهُمَّ مُنْزِلَ الْكِتَابِ سَرِيعَ الْحِسَابِ هَازِمَ الْأَحْزَابِ اهْزِمْهُمْ وَزَلْزِلْهُمْ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abi Awfa (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) invoked curses upon the groups of disbelievers and said: O Revealer of the Book, O Swift in reckoning, O Defeater of armies and groups! Defeat them and shake their feet.
Brief Explanation
Benefits: … Allah Ta'ala accepted the supplication of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, and after one month, the enemy became the subject of this supplication, fleeing in failure and disappointment, and thereafter they were never able to turn towards Madinah Munawwarah again.
