Hadith 10768

عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَتَى إِلَى مَسْجِدٍ يَعْنِي الْأَحْزَابَ فَوَضَعَ رِدَاءَهُ وَقَامَ وَرَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ مَدًّا يَدْعُو عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَمْ يُصَلِّ ثُمَّ جَاءَ وَدَعَا عَلَيْهِمْ وَصَلَّى
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) that on the day of the Battle of Ahzab, the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came towards the mosque, placed his cloak down, stood up and raised his hands to supplicate against the disbelievers, and did not perform the prayer. Then he (peace and blessings be upon him) came again, supplicated against them, and led the prayer.
