عَنِ الزُّبَيْرِ بْنِ الْعَوَّامِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ ((الْبِلَادُ بِلَادُ اللَّهِ وَالْعِبَادُ عِبَادُ اللَّهِ فَحَيْثُمَا أَصَبْتَ خَيْرًا فَأَقِمْ))
Narrated from Sayyiduna Zubair bin Al-Awwam (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: All lands belong to Allah Almighty, and all people are the servants of Allah Almighty. Therefore, wherever you find goodness, settle there.

Benefits: … When a person has some means of sustenance ongoing, and he is in safety regarding his religion and his life, then that is fine. Otherwise, he should migrate to such a city where his life and religion will be secure.
