بَابُ رَجُوْعِهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بَعْدَ الْإِسْرَاءِ وَالْمِعْرَاجِ إِلَى مَكَّةَ وَاخبَارِ قُرَيْشٍ بِمَا رَأَى وَتَكْذِيبِهِمْ إِيَّاهُChapter: His ﷺ return after Isra and Mi'raj to Mecca, informing Quraysh of what he saw, and their denial of him

عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا يُحَدِّثُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ لَمَّا كَذَّبَتْنِي قُرَيْشٌ حِينَ أُسْرِيَ بِي إِلَى بَيْتِ الْمَقْدِسِ قُمْتُ فِي الْحِجْرِ فَجَلَا اللَّهُ لِي بَيْتَ الْمَقْدَسِ فَطَفِقْتُ أُخْبِرُهُمْ عَنْ آيَاتِهِ وَأَنَا أَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِ
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him): The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When the Quraysh denied me regarding the Isra (Night Journey) towards Bayt al-Maqdis, I stood in Hatim, and Allah Almighty made Bayt al-Maqdis clear for me. Thus, I began to inform the Quraysh about its signs while looking at it.
