بَابٌ فِي فَضْلِ الصَّلَاةِ لِوَقْتِهَا وَأَنَّهَا أَفْضَلُ الْأَعْمَالِChapter on the Virtue of Praying at Its Appointed Time and That It Is the Best of Deeds
Hadith 1055

(وَعَنْهَا مِنْ طَرِيقٍ ثَانٍ) بِنَحْوِهِ
. (Second chain) A similar narration has been reported.
(وَمِنْ طَرِيقٍ ثَالِثٍ) عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ غَنَّامٍ عَنْ جَدَّتِهِ أُمِّ فَرْوَةَ وَكَانَتْ مِمَّنْ بَايَعَ أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَذْكُرُ الْأَعْمَالَ فَقَالَ: ((إِنَّ أَحَبَّ الْعَمَلِ إِلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ تَعْجِيلُ الصَّلَاةِ لِأَوَّلِ وَقْتِهَا))
(Third chain) Sayyida Umm Farwah (may Allah be pleased with her), who was among those who pledged allegiance to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), says that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), while mentioning deeds, said: Indeed, the most beloved deed to Allah Almighty is that the prayer be performed promptly at its earliest time.
