(Second chain) It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that he came to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: Abu Talib has died. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Go and bury him. He said: He died in a state of polytheism. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Go and bury him. So I buried him, then I came to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and he said: Perform ghusl (ritual bath).
