Hadith 10458

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Maisarah Fajr (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: I asked, "O Messenger of Allah! When were you made a Prophet?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) replied: "I was made a Prophet at a time when Adam (peace be upon him) was still between soul and body."

Brief Explanation
Benefits: … This is the issue of predestination (qadar) being explained, that the decree of the Prophethood of Adam alayhis salam was already written before his creation for you, sallallahu alayhi wa sallam.
