Hadith 10358

(Second chain) The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Ayub was bathing naked when golden locusts began to fall upon him. He started gathering them in his garment. The Lord, Exalted is He, called out: O Ayub! Did I not make you independent of that which you see? He said: Yes indeed, O my Lord! But I can never be free of need from Your blessings.

Brief Explanation
Benefits: … Ayub (alayhis salam) began to gather this gold considering it a blessing from Allah Ta’ala, not regarding it as mere wealth.

It is understood from this that when a person is alone, he may bathe naked, because neither did Allah Ta’ala reproach Ayub (alayhis salam), nor did the Noble Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) provide any further clarification after narrating this hadith.
