Hadith 10182

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَوْ لَمْ تُذْنِبُوا لَجَاءَ اللَّهُ بِقَوْمٍ يُذْنِبُونَ كَيْ يَغْفِرَ لَهُمْ
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: If you did not commit sins, Allah would bring forth a people who would commit sins, so that He may forgive them.

In these ahadith, in reality, encouragement to repent has been given, not the audacity to commit sins. Take a look at the Muslims of the present age—can you find any individual who has not committed any sin in his life? The purpose of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam is that since all people are sinners, therefore everyone should seek forgiveness from Allah Ta'ala.
