بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي الْتَرْهِيْبِ مِنْ سَبِّ الْمُسْلِمِ وَقِتَالِهِ وَأَنَّ إِثْمَ ذَلِكَ عَلَى الْبَادِيءِ مَالَمْ يَعْتَدِ الْمَظْلُومُChapter: What has been reported regarding the warning against insulting or fighting a Muslim, and that the sin is upon the initiator unless the oppressed transgresses
Hadith 10131
اُردوEn
وَعَنْهُ أَيْضًا أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِثْمُ الْمُسْتَبَّيْنِ مَا قَالَا عَلَى الْبَادِئِ حَتَّى يَعْتَدِيَ الْمَظْلُومُ أَوْ إِلَّا أَنْ يَعْتَدِيَ الْمَظْلُومُ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Iyad bin Hamar (may Allah be pleased with him), the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whatever two people who abuse each other say, its sin will be upon the one who started it, as long as the oppressed does not exceed the limits.
