Syedna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) passed by a mangy lamb that had been cast out by its owners. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: What do you think about this lamb—would it be considered insignificant by its owners? The people replied: Yes. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The world is even more insignificant in the sight of Allah than this lamb is to its owners.
