Hadith 10080

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) passed by a dead goat which its owners had thrown away, and said: "By Him in Whose hand is my soul! The value that this goat has in the sight of its owners, the world has even less value than that in the sight of Allah Almighty."

Brief Explanation
Benefits: … Even if the only difference between this world and the Hereafter were that the world is perishable and the Hereafter is everlasting, still the Hereafter would be given preference. Whereas, in reality, the Hereafter is not only eternal but also extremely valuable.
