بَابُ لا يُفَرِّقُ بَيْنَ اثْنَيْنِ
Chapter: Not separating two people
Hadith 1142
حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُوسَى، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْفُرَاتُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: ”لاَ يَحِلُّ لِرَجُلٍ أَنْ يُفَرِّقَ بَيْنَ اثْنَيْنِ، إِلا بِإِذْنِهِمَا.“
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "It is not lawful for a man to separate two people sitting together by sitting between them, except with their permission."
