Hadith 1097
It is narrated from Ayeen Khwarizmi (may Allah have mercy on him) that we came to Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) and he was sitting on the threshold of his house and there was no one with him. My companion greeted him with «السلام» and sought permission to enter, so Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Enter, this is a place where no permission is required to enter. Then he served us food, then brought a large bowl of sweet nabidh, drank himself and gave us to drink as well.
