It is narrated from Sayyiduna Sahl bin Sa’d (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man looked into the house of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) through a hole in the door, while the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had a wooden comb in his hand with which he was scratching his head. When the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saw him, he said: "If I had known that you were peeking at me from outside, I would have struck your eye with this comb."

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him), he said that a man peeped through a hole in the door of the Prophet's (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) chamber, so the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) pointed his spear (lance) towards him, and the man withdrew his head.
