It is narrated from Shareek bin Namla (may Allah have mercy on him) that I presented myself before Sayyiduna Umar bin Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him), and he addressed me as "O son of my brother." Then he asked me to introduce myself, so I mentioned my lineage, and he realized that my father was not a Muslim. After that, he began to call me "O my son" «يَابُنَيَّيَابُنَيَّ».

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: I was the servant of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and I used to enter his house without permission. One day I came, and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "O my son! Wait, a new command has been revealed after you left. Now, do not enter without permission under any circumstances."
