It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to frequently make this supplication: «اللَّهُمَّإِنِّيأَعُوذُبِكَمِنَالْهَمِّوَالْحَزَنِ،وَأَعُوذُبِكَمِنَالْعَجْزِوَالْكَسَلِ،وَأَعُوذُبِكَمِنَالْجُبْنِوَالْبُخْلِ،وَأَعُوذُبِكَمِنْغَلَبَةِالدَّيْنِوَقَهْرِالرِّجَالِ» "O Allah! I seek refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow, from weakness and laziness, from cowardice and miserliness, from being overcome by debt and from the oppression of men."
