It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him), he said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Do not bear malice against one another, do not envy one another, and be, O servants of Allah, brothers to one another."

And do not artificially raise prices, and do not harbor envy or hatred among yourselves, and do not compete with one another (for worldly gains), and do not turn your backs on one another, and be, O servants of Allah, brothers to one another."

It is said to the angels: 'Hold off on these two until they reconcile.'"

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Darda (may Allah be pleased with him), he says: Shall I not tell you something that is better for you than charity and fasting? Reconciling discord among yourselves. Beware! And malice and enmity shave off (the religion).
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There are three sins; whoever is free from them, Allah Almighty will forgive any other sins He wills: The one who dies without associating partners with Allah, who is not a sorcerer following sorcerers, and who does not harbor malice against his brother."
