It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Musa Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "No one is more patient over a hurtful thing he hears than Allah, the Mighty and Majestic. Verily, they claim that He has a child, yet He still grants them well-being and provides for them."

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas’ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) distributed wealth (on the occasion of the Battle of Hunayn) as he used to do before (and in this, the Prophet gave preference to the new Muslims). An Ansari man said: “By Allah! Allah’s pleasure was not intended in this distribution.” I said: “I will surely inform the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) about this.” So I went to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and informed him of this in a whisper. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was sitting among the Companions at that time. This matter was very hard on the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), and the color of his face changed, and he became extremely angry, to the extent that I wished I had not informed him (that would have been better). Then the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Indeed, Musa (peace be upon him) was harmed with even more than this, but he remained patient.”
