Hadith 316
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي زَيْدُ بْنُ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ أُمِّ الدَّرْدَاءِ، عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: ”إِنَّ اللَّعَّانِينَ لاَ يَكُونُونَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ شُهَدَاءَ، وَلا شُفَعَاءَ.“
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Darda (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Those who frequently curse will neither be able to bear witness nor will they be entitled to intercede on the Day of Resurrection."
Hadith 317
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلاَلٍ، عَنِ الْعَلاَءِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: ”لَا يَنْبَغِي لِلصِّدِّيقِ أَنْ يَكُونَ لَعَّانًا.“
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "It is not befitting for a truthful person to curse frequently."
Hadith 318
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي ظَبْيَانَ، عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ قَالَ: مَا تَلاَعَنَ قَوْمٌ قَطُّ إِلاَّ حُقَّ عَلَيْهِمُ اللَّعْنَةُ.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Hudhaifah (may Allah be pleased with him), he said: When people curse each other, the curse definitely becomes binding upon them.
