بَابُ مَنْ وَصَلَ رَحِمَهُ أَحَبَّهُ أَهْلُهُ
Chapter: Whoever Maintains Ties of Kinship, His Family Loves Him
Hadith 58
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ مَغْرَاءَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: مَنِ اتَّقَى رَبَّهُ، وَوَصَلَ رَحِمَهُ، نُسِّئَ فِي أَجَلِهِ، وَثَرَى مَالُهُ، وَأَحَبَّهُ أَهْلُهُ.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both), he said: Whoever fears his Lord and maintains the ties of kinship, his death will be delayed, his wealth will be increased, and his family will love him.
Hadith 59
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي مَغْرَاءُ أَبُو مُخَارِقٍ هُوَ الْعَبْدِيُّ، قَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ: مَنِ اتَّقَى رَبَّهُ، وَوَصَلَ رَحِمَهُ، أُنْسِئَ لَهُ فِي عُمْرِهِ، وَثَرَى مَالُهُ، وَأَحَبَّهُ أَهْلُهُ.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both): Whoever fears his Lord, his life will be prolonged, his wealth will increase, and his family will love him.
