It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would supplicate at times of distress: "There is no deity except Allah, the Most Great and the Most Forbearing. There is no deity except Allah, the Lord of the Mighty Throne. There is no deity except Allah, the Lord of the heavens and the earth and the Lord of the Noble Throne. O Allah! Remove the evil of this distress from me."
