حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ، قَالَ : سَاعَتَانِ تُفْتَحُ لَهُمَا أَبْوَابُ السَّمَاءِ ، وَقَلَّ دَاعٍ تُرَدُّ عَلَيْهِ دَعْوَتُهُ : حِينَ يَحْضُرُ النِّدَاءُ ، وَالصَّفُّ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Sahl bin Sa’d (may Allah be pleased with him), he said: The gates of the heavens are opened at two times, and the supplication of the one who supplicates is rarely rejected: when the call to prayer (adhan) is given, and when ranks are formed in the path of Allah against the enemy.
